Groups up to 10 participants:
An activity can be canceled or rescheduled without penalty up to 10 days before the activity, by which time the number of participants must be communicated. Small changes in the number of participants (less than 20%) can be communicated up to 3 days before the event without penalty. After this date, the deposit for absent persons will be retained as compensation.
Groups over 10 participants:
An activity can be canceled or rescheduled without penalty up to 15 days before the activity, by which time the number of participants must be communicated. Small changes in the number of participants (less than 10%) can be communicated up to 3 days before the event without penalty. After this date, the deposit for absent persons will be retained as compensation.
Gift boxes/vouchers:
An appointment can be rescheduled once or canceled without penalty up to 10 days before the activity. After this date, the reservation cannot be rescheduled. MONROSA RAFTING gift vouchers: An appointment can be rescheduled up to 10 days before the activity. In case of no-show on the day of the descent, the voucher is considered lost.
Delays:
Delays cause significant disruptions to the organization of river activities. A delay of more than 30 minutes from the agreed meeting time may result in rescheduling to a later slot, or, if no availability, the cancellation of the activity. In such cases, no refunds are provided. Those participating in multisport packages will not receive refunds if they do not participate in the second activity; after the activity has started, any withdrawal will not result in refunds or fee reductions.
Bad weather:
All our activities take place even in the rain; descents will be suspended only if the river flow is too high or any other condition makes the activity unsafe, and in this case, deposits will be refunded.
Injury or illness:
In case of injury/illness occurring beyond the cancellation terms, the participant will be refunded the deposit upon presentation of a medical certificate.
